Welcome to the Hagerstown/Eastern Panhandle Metropolitan Planning Organization TIP Portal

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is the short-range planning document used to identify transportation projects and strategies HEPMPO will pursue over the next four years. The TIP includes highway, public transportation, and other surface transportation projects.  These projects reflect the investment priorities detailed in the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). All projects receiving Federal funding must be in the TIP.
